SHOWHOMES OPENED AT SUCCESSFUL ESTON DEVELOPMENT
Two new showhomes have been officially opened at Stapylton Park, Eston by Councillor Chris Abbott, the Cabinet Member for Housing & Neighbourhood Renewal at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. This successful development by Broseley Homes has a range of homes to suit everyone from 2 and 3 bedroom semi detached homes for first time buyers to 3 and 4 bedroom detached family homes. This well located development of houses is within an easy commute of Middlesbrough, 45 have already been sold including 17 homes that were reserved in the first weekend the development opened.
The two showhomes are a 3 bedroom semi detached Dove and a 4 bedroom detached Victor. Both have a downstairs cloakroom and garage, and the Victor also has a large lounge and en-suite to the master bedroom.
Len Worsfold Managing Director of Broseley Homes said ‘Stapylton Park joins Broseley’s other successful developments in the region including Saunton Fields at Billingham’.
‘Between them the two developments provide over 100 new homes featuring 10 different house types from two bedroom starter homes up to four bedroom detached properties’.
Properties currently available on both developments start from as little as £130,995 for a three bedroom detached home and £152,995 for a four bedroom home. Further two and three bedroom semi detached homes will be released for sale on both sites shortly and will start at around £95,000.
Richard Jones Sales Manager for Broseley Homes explained ‘Our developments are designed primarily for local people with an emphasis on first time buyers’.
‘Many of our existing purchasers have taken advantage of our First Start Scheme where Broseley Homes will pay the 5% deposit, the valuation fee and £400 towards legal costs. All customers need to find is the £200 reservation fee’.
Richard said ‘This service has helped many couples who thought they could not afford to buy a house of their own take the first step into home ownership’.
Sales on the Stapylton Park development have been excellent but with the opening of the new showhomes even more interest is expected.
The sales office and the showhomes at Stapylton Park open daily from 11am to 5pm and staffed by Sue Ingledew and Judy Robertson who can be contacted on 01642 467480. Availability on all Broseley Homes sites can be checked on their web site at Broseley-homes.co.uk
