SHOWHOMES OPENED AT SUCCESSFUL EASINGTON DEVELOPMENT

Two new showhomes have been officially opened at Holm Hill Gardens, Easington by Councillor Joyce Maitland, Chairman of District of Easington Council. This successful development by Broseley Homes has a range of homes to suit everyone from 2 and 3 bedroom semi detached homes for first time buyers to 3 and 4 bedroom detached homes. At this well located development of houses just off the main A19, 31 have already been sold and 14 families have already moved in.

The two showhomes are a 3 bedroom detached Sopwith and a 4 bedroom detached Lockheed. Both have a downstairs cloakroom and garage, and the Lockheed also has a large lounge and en-suite to the master bedroom.

Len Worsfold Managing Director of Broseley Homes said ‘Holm Hill Gardens joins Broseley’s other successful developments in the region including Regent Court at South Hetton and Springfield Meadow at Ludworth’.

‘Between them the three developments provide 162 new homes featuring 14 different house types from two bedroom starter homes up to four bedroom detached properties.

Properties currently available at Holm Hill Gardens start from as little as £123,995 for a three bedroom detached home and £149,995 for a four bedroom home. Further two bedroom semi detached homes will be released for sale shortly and will start at around £97,000 at Regent Court.

Richard Jones Sales Manager for Broseley Homes explained ‘Our developments are designed primarily for local people with an emphasis on first time buyers.

Many of our existing purchasers have taken advantage of our First Start Scheme where Broseley Homes will pay the 5% deposit, the valuation fee and £400 towards legal costs. All customers need to find is the £200 reservation fee.

Richard said ‘This service has helped many couples who thought they could not afford to buy a house of their own take the first step into home ownership.

Sales on the site have been excellent but with the opening of the new showhomes more interest is expected along with an upturn in visitor numbers.

The sales office and the showhomes at Holm Hill Gardens are open daily from 11am to 5pm and staffed by Jackie Bell and Melanie Barnes who can be contacted on 0191 527 3812. Availability on all Broseley Homes sites can be checked on their web site at Broseley-homes.co.uk
